Service Description
Strong8K provides subscription access intended for use with compatible IPTV players and supported streaming devices.
Available features can include live channels, electronic program guide information, movies, series and different stream quality options.
Content availability can change over time. Therefore, a specific channel, movie, series or quality level is not guaranteed permanently.
Eligibility and Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for making sure that your use of the service is permitted under the laws and rules that apply in your location.
You must also provide accurate information when placing an order or requesting support.
Laws and content rights can vary between countries. Customers are responsible for understanding the rules that apply to them.
Subscription Plans
Strong8K may offer different subscription durations. Current plan details and prices are shown on the pricing page.
Subscription access is provided for the period purchased unless another duration or bonus period is clearly stated at the time of the order.

Payments and Pricing
Prices displayed on the website may change in the future. However, a price change does not normally alter a subscription period that has already been paid for.
The customer is responsible for checking the selected plan, duration and price before confirming payment.

Account Activation and Setup
Activation starts after an order and payment are confirmed. Delivery time can vary depending on order volume and the information required to complete the setup.
After activation, customers receive the connection information needed for a compatible IPTV player.
Keep your access details private. Do not publish or share them publicly.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use your subscription in a reasonable manner and only for the purpose for which it was provided.

Service Availability and Streaming Performance
We work to provide a stable streaming experience. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Performance can be affected by internet providers, local networks, Wi-Fi coverage, device performance, application behavior, maintenance and temporary stream availability.
Therefore, claims about HD, Full HD, 4K or 8K refer to content where those quality levels are available and supported.

Third-Party IPTV Apps and Devices
Strong8K may provide setup information for third-party applications such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player or Hot Player.
These applications are developed and controlled by their respective owners. Strong8K does not control their availability, updates, licensing terms or app-store policies.
Whenever possible, download software from an official developer website or recognized app store.

Support can assist with activation, supported apps, basic installation and common troubleshooting questions.

Refunds and Cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order and the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase.

A problem caused by an unsupported device, poor local connection, third-party application or customer configuration may require technical troubleshooting rather than a refund.
